ENTRY & REGISTRATION
COMPETITORS
Competitors must be entered collectively through Sportdata (Black Belt League and Colour Belts events) and should be completed by the Head of Association, Lead Instructor or Delegate. If you're entering on your own, you need to write to the organising committee (contact@dragonopen.nl).
Your registration on SportData will only be confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.
ID Cards
Please note that all participants are required to bring a valid ID card. These ID cards must be provided directly by the respective schools. The organising committee does not issue or supply ID cards under any circumstances.
COACHES
All Coaches must be entered via the Sportdata system as part of your overall groups delegation.
DECLARATION OF CONSENT and DATA PROTECTION
To ensure the safety and smooth organization of the championship, every competitor is required to complete and sign the Declaration of Consent and Data Protection.
This form confirms:

that you are medically fit and properly insured to participate,

that you accept the event’s liability and data protection terms,

and, if applicable, that your parent or legal guardian has given consent.
